FGRA Annual Meeting

Come one come all to the Felton Grove Road Association annul meeting on Thursday June 25th at 7:30pm at the Santa Cruz Sheriff’s Felton Office (6060 Graham Hill Rd #D).

We will be handling a little business:

• President Update (10min)
  • No Outlet sign
• New Board Elections (20min)
• Review Annual Financial Statements. (15 min)
• Insurance Approval (10 min)
• Road Conditions and Repair Proposals (15min)
• Open Discussion and Treats (20min) (Bring something to share.)

Nominations for open positions are being accepted by phone or email (contact page). We need a new:

• President (Lyle’s house is for sale)
• Vice-President
• Park Avenue Road Representative

If you are interested in the positions please let us know. (Road representatives must live on the road they represent.)

Road Repair

There are currently quite a few patch locations throughout our neighborhood that should be filled and there is a large standing puddle on Circle that keeps causing road damage. The current plan is to ask for bids to fix these issues, and have a vote on the items at the next annual meeting which will take place in -May- June of 2009.
