The Felton Grove Road Association (FGRA) exists to maintain the private roads of the Felton Grove community: Park Avenue, Circle Drive, Sylvan Way and River Road. FGRA’s members are made up of the owners of improved parcels which are accessible by the intersection of Graham Hill Road and Park Avenue.
The FGRA is the organized group responsible for the Santa Cruz County Service Area (CSA) #56.
